It is now a legal requirement that anyone offering accounting services must be registered with HMRC or with an appointed supervisory body.  Melissa Scott is a Member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) the largest bookkeeping institute in the world which is one of such supervisory bodies.
